1.    Documents distributed by Extromnia Studios are not to be altered.
2.    If you owned any previous version of any documents, including those of (CHMNE.ACD), they are not to be altered.
3.    Documents with signs or symbols bearing not to print, will indicate that you or anyone else is not allowed to reprint or redistribute the documents.
4.    Sometimes it is needed to verify your identity before access to a document.
5.    You are needed to enter your PAP (Permission Access Pin) PIN into the document; The pin is required to access if you were given an editable version of a document or requested a document from us with some features unlocked. You can only gain access to Editable Versions of our documents if you have a paid membership with us and that membership allows access to this feature. You can download these editable versions from our website when logged into the account with the paid membership. Returns Policy

3.    We do not accept direct returns to our office for clothing goods, as we are not responsible for producing and shipping the products involved.

2.    We will always have licences to use special programs or software to produce graphic designs and motion imagery creation. One of these licences is the All Apps Creative Cloud From Adobe. Some of these licences are free; such are the GIMP Photo editing software.

1.    If you have a paid license from us that you purchased, you can check what purchase you took from our site and see what access you have to its features.
2.    If you have purchased our Edit My Video subscription or, for short, Extromnia Studios EMV (ESSEMV), you have access to our team professionally editing your videos for you.
3.    We cannot tell you exactly how much your music or song selection will cost, as it may vary per song or music, as different artists will charge a different price per music or piece. But we can give you an estimated cost based on the average price of a collection of previous songs bought by us.
4.    You will know that the purchases of music or songs you make from us are all hassle-free as we take an effort to get them for you. The music or songs you earn are for you to use in any of your video creations freely, but you must remember to state somewhere to show you have a license from us to use the music or songs so that they can check with us to confirm.
5.    We will charge you 100% of the actual cost of the music or songs. If you have a valid coupon, you may use it. If you have a subscription, this may be a ton cheaper rather than paying it in one slip.
6.    Please remember that not all features are unlocked in paid memberships, as you will have to go up to a higher subscription option to have them unlocked. Still, essential options for that particular subscription are unlocked. 

Free Licence Terms and Conditions

1.    Your free licence will restrict you from using certain features.
2.    Restricted features or blocked features are features which are only accessible if unlocked through the purchase of any given paid subscription.
3.    Please remember that not all features are unlocked in paid memberships, as you will have to go up to a higher subscription option to have them unlocked. Still, essential options for that particular subscription are unlocked. 

 


Extromnia Studios EMV (Edit My Video)

1.    You can send anything to our cloud service.
2.    We do allow for anything to be sent into our cloud, but if it is inappropriate, we will not accept it and discard it as junk.
3.    Wrong things may include, but it is not limited to, porn, nudes, racial discrimination, political discrimination, harassment and abuse, gore, etc.
4.    If you are a customer with us or a school, and you have a valid subscription with us, then it is OK for you to include copyrighted music in your content, as long as you wait till we approve and conclude that the music or song is OK for use publically. 
5.    You are not allowed to include video footage on motion imagery of movies or shows as these are copyright protected, and it is outside our control to use this kind of content.
6.    Do not send in recorded footage of one's YouTube videos without their approval; you must give proof to us that they have given you their consent to use their content. If they have stated that it is OK to use their content, please send us the link to where they have put that statement in place.


I now consent to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Cookies. I understand that failure to comply with these terms laid out will mean denial of service.
